Nutritional Therapy

In these sessions, we work with clients individually to develop personalised plans. The sessions allow for a deep dive into the client’s specific needs and goals. We work on our own or with a functional medicine doctor, either way, you are provided with an opportunity for tailored guidance and support.

We offer testing such as GI Map, GI effect, Intolerans tests, H.Pylari, Candida and OAT tests. We work with herbs, essential fatty acids and nutrition. We also adress stress and life style factors.

Health Coaching & Menopause Coaching

These sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment for achieving health and wellness goals. They can be tailor made: mixing coaching, nutrition meditation and yoga.

If you are in peri menopause, menopause or post menopause I offer support throughout this transition in life.

Workshops

We offer workshops and talks, online or offline, at your company or retreat that provide a focused opportunity for you and your group to fully engage with your well-being. 

Example of subjects that are covered: Mental Health and epigenetics, Four pillar plan for a balanced life (relax,eat,move & sleep). How to optimise the immune system, Alzheimer prevention, how to navigate menopause, womens health, yoga for mental health etc.

Yoga

Yoga can be an incredible tool for health, not only for movement but also for the mind, symptoms relief and stress release. I offer different types of yoga for wellbeing, including individuals, groups or companies.

I offer the following: Akhanda yoga, Hatha yoga, yoga for mental health, yoga for menopause, yoga for the digestive system and yoga for ME, chronic fatigue and post covid.
