I’m Anette, I am a qualified naturopathic nutritionist, trained in functional medicin and yoga.
My work recognises the close connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, and stress. I draw on training in functional medicine, naturopathic nutrition, mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga, alongside many years of experience supporting individuals with real, everyday health challenges.
Alongside my clinical and wellbeing work, I also have a background in corporate advertising and communications. Originally from Sweden and raised in London, I bring a strong understanding of modern working life, organisational culture, and the pressures many people experience in fast-paced environments. This background shapes how I work today practical, grounded, and mindful of real-world demands.

My work is shaped by personal experience of ill health and imbalance, which led me to seek deeper understanding rather than quick fixes. Through my own recovery journey, I developed a strong interest in how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and the nervous system interact, and this eventually led me to train as a nutritional therapist and yoga teacher.
Today, I draw on both professional training and lived experience to support others with practical, realistic guidance. My work focuses on personalised support, nourishing habits, and sustainable self-care practices that fit into real life, helping clients move towards improved health and long-term balance.
