I’m Anette, Naturopathic Nutritionist, Health Coach & Yoga Teacher

As a functional medicine practitioner, nutritionist,  health coach & Yoga teacher, I am passionate about helping others find  balance in their lives.

I believe that true health comes from a holistic approach, nurturing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. With a comprehensive background in functional medicine, naturopathic nutrition, mindfulness, and yoga, I bring a depth of experience to support clients on their wellness journeys. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods combined with compassionate care, focusing on the body as an interconnected whole. My Path Hasn't Been Linear...

‘‘My journey to becoming a Holistic therapist was not always an easy one.’’

I’ve journeyed through my own challenges—anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, post-natal depression, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, eczema, and rosacea. For a long time, I searched for solutions outside myself, only to discover that true healing began within. By supporting my digestive health, rebalancing my nervous system, and learning to trust both the process and myself, I transformed my life. Now, I’m here to guide others in finding the balance and resilience I once sought, drawing from both personal experience and a deep understanding of holistic wellness.
