You can find details about my training and qualifications at the bottom of this page.
“My journey began with a deep personal transformation, igniting a passion for helping others find the same balance and well-being that I experienced. This led me to become a nutritional therapist and yoga teacher, dedicated to empowering others on their paths to health. Through customised plans that incorporate nourishing habits and self-care practices, I guide clients towards lasting wellness”.
My Path Hasn't Been Linear...
‘‘My journey to becoming a Holistic therapist was not always an easy one.’’
I’ve journeyed through my own challenges—anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, post-natal depression, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, eczema, and rosacea. For a long time, I searched for solutions outside myself, only to discover that true healing began within. By supporting my digestive health, rebalancing my nervous system, and learning to trust both the process and myself, I transformed my life. Now, I’m here to guide others in finding the balance and resilience I once sought, drawing from both personal experience and a deep understanding of holistic wellness.
Fun Facts About Me...
- I love the sea, I can often go down to the sea and sit for hours, it's almost like meditation.
- I have so many books I haven't yet read them all, it's to do with the "passion thing" I have about learning new things. I very rarely read fiction.
- Being a Yoga teacher I love sharing my passion for the practice with others. In all forms.
- Happy traveler and love old ruins, specially St Augustines ruins in Canterbury, United Kingdom.
